We are pleased to share the latest construction progress at SAPPHIRE – D and SAPPHIRE – C, where work is advancing steadily as per schedule
At SAPPHIRE – D, the 5th floor steel work has been successfully completed, with the 5th floor slab scheduled for completion by the end of November. Brickwork up to the 3rd floor has been completed, and construction on the 4th floor is currently in progress.
At SAPPHIRE – C, brickwork for the entire block has been completed. Internal plastering work is finished, and external plastering is currently underway, bringing the structure closer to its final finish.
We are committed to delivering quality construction and timely progress. Regular updates will continue to be shared as we move forward. Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in the MPR URBAN CITY project.
