Site Engineer – On Site

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and manage labor and subcontractors.

• Monitor progress of civil works, structural works, finishing, and MEP activities.

• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and vendors.

• Implement and monitor quality control and safety measures on site.

• Prepare daily site reports, material consumption records, and work progress updates.

• Support billing, measurement checks, and verification of contractor work.

• Troubleshoot technical issues on site and ensure smooth project execution.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial building projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.
