Supervise day-to-day site activities and manage labor and subcontractors.
Monitor progress of civil works, structural works, finishing, and MEP activities.
Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Implement and monitor quality control and safety measures on site.
Prepare daily site reports, material consumption records, and work progress updates.
Support billing, measurement checks, and verification of contractor work.
Troubleshoot technical issues on site and ensure smooth project execution.
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
2–5 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.
