Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the project site.
Present project details, amenities, pricing, and offers to prospective buyers.
Organize and conduct site visits, guiding clients through model flats and facilities.
Follow up with leads generated through various channels (digital, events, referrals, etc.).
Maintain customer databases, inquiries, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals and achieving targets.
Support marketing events, property shows, and promotional activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
