Marketing Executive – On Site

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the project site.

  • Present project details, amenities, pricing, and offers to prospective buyers.

  • Organize and conduct site visits, guiding clients through model flats and facilities.

  • Follow up with leads generated through various channels (digital, events, referrals, etc.).

  • Maintain customer databases, inquiries, and follow-up records.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals and achieving targets.

  • Support marketing events, property shows, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

  • Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.

  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
