First Meeting with MPR Urban City Owners

As the much-anticipated handover phase of MPR Urban City approached, an important milestone was marked on 5th November 2022 – the very first meeting with our proud homeowners.
The gathering brought together future residents and the Tranquillo team in an atmosphere of excitement, curiosity, and collaboration. Owners came together not only to discuss the handover process but also to begin building a sense of community within MPR Urban City.
Discussions touched upon key aspects of ownership, maintenance, and responsibilities, ensuring transparency and shared understanding from the very start. More than policies and processes, the meeting was about forging relationships – between neighbors, and between the residents and Tranquillo.
The sight of happy faces, engaged conversations, and collective decision-making was a reminder of why we build: not just structures, but homes filled with life, belonging, and togetherness.
This meeting set the stage for a new chapter, as the handover officially commenced in December 2022 with families moving into Diamond A, B, and E blocks. With the first residents stepping into their homes, MPR Urban City began its transformation from a project into a vibrant and thriving community.
